Has anyone ever used this? My wilton teacher was telling us about this in my last fondant and gumpaste class. She had said that people would use these instead of rolling all of those little balls as decoration/borders on cakes. If anyone has could you explain and post pics or links to pics. I would love it to see it! THANKS!!
Well, you'd definitely want to advise the customer that the tapioca "pearls" aren't edible (or risk someone breaking a tooth).
