I was asked to do a cake for a 15 year old girl for next week..... theme is friends and fashion and I am drawing a blank! I did her 14th birthday cake and the mother is telling me to do something along the same lines (Yucky Wilton's "Girls Rule" cake in my photos) only different. HELP PLEASE I don't know what the heck to do!!

My suggestion actually is similar to what you did before. But I would use frosting sheet pix mounted on fondant w/the people dressed to the hilt
Maybe to be different, make it a sheet w/or w-0 an additional small cake on it.
