My son, who is a chef and loves knives, got me a serrated cake knife from the knifemerchant.com with a 14 inch blade. I don't recall how big or long the ones are that you mentioned. I really love it for torting.

Any local knife store should have one.

Does anyone know where I can get the DVD? His site (the store section) is down. Did they only sell them at the ICES convention?

You can call them at the number on their web site and they will happily take your order over the phone! I am saving up for my own copy....

I got my 14" knife at a restaurant supply store in Nashville Tennessee! I love it! I use it for all of my topsy turvy cakes and for torting!
