It's on my Christmas wish list - the double blade! (I think I'll just have to ask fr some cash towards it).

I just got mine a few weeks ago...first time I used it, I started making happy sounds, and my husband asked if I wanted to be alone with my new "toy"...

Needless to say, it's my best friend at the moment (for caking!) !!

Oooooh, I NEED one of these. I keep saying that I hate leveling my cakes so much that it is the worst part of my whole week. Ugh!
I'm turning 30 this year, and keep telling my DH that is what I want.

Get the one with two blades -- everyone I've ever talked to has recommended that.
