How do I attach a fondant bow (with streamers) to the side of a three tier wedding cake? Also how far in advance can I make the bow? If I make it in advance, is it stored in a tin or plastic (such as Tupperware) container. Thanks everyone. I have to do this in three days time.

Somtimes bows are just set on the top or the ledge of a cake, if you need it attached directly to the side royal icing or if it's large a wooden skewer. To dry faster mix 50/50 fondant and gumpaste. Good luck post a picture.

You can use royal icing to attach the bow to the cake. I make my bows a week in advance so they can be dry I store them in a large zip lock bag.
