Any advice for someone who has never made a cookie bouquet? or ever used RI?

I want to try cookie bouquets for my SIL baby shower...I have never made them before, and I have never used RI before.

Any tips?

I would try the NFSC Recipe from here and use Antonio74 RI directions, very good. Good Luck

I used to use a premixed royal icing for my cookies that dried rock hard and wasn't the best tasting but last week I tried Antonia74 icing and this by far the winner. So I recommend this for icing.
