When making a cake with a filling or say a red velvet with cream cheese. How long do you keep this cake out of refridgeration? Once my cakes are fondant covered I don't put them back in the fridge but how long can I keep it out? Night before? ???? I'm stuck

Anyway to your questions if I understand the first part you want to know how long you can keep your filling out of the fridge? well if you use sleeved fillings they don't need refridgeration but if fresh no more than a day or two. Once a cake is covered in fondant it can be left out for up to a week in needed.
