Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of some unbleached flour.. I'm going to try Penny's Butter Cookie recipe and it calls for unbleached flour...

Gold Medal makes unbleached flour, it is right next to the all purpose flour in a bag with brown on it instead of blue. I think Walmart carries a great value brand and probably Pillsbury makes some as well.

I use the Gold Medal Unbleached Flour and I like it. It also got good rates when flour comparisons were done through Cook's Illustrated.

I get good results with King Arthur's Unbleached Flour.
