Has anyone ever made rolled cream cheese buttercream frosting? Is there a cream cheese extract or flavoring I can use instead of real cream cheese?

Thanks in advance!

There is a cheesecake flavored candy oil that might work. I've never made RBC so I can't help you with that.

i use the cream cheese flavoring from lorann in most of my recipes..icing and cake both...it really pumps up the flavor.
