Did anyone else see the latest episode of "Amazing Wedding Cakes"? I really want the recipe for the pliable royal icing spiderweb that was used on the goth wedding cake.

Anyone have a recipe for royal icing that keeps it's design/shape but bends like plastic when it is set?

Thanks!

I saw it and I think her special royal icing was sugar veil colored black.

There are several other threads on this very topicicon_smile.gif See "What's up with Sugar Veil" in this forum for one.
Yes they emailed the creator and confirmed it is indeed sugar veil that was used.

That was very cool, I'll be looking that up. A royal icing that is bendable???? awsome.
