Does anyone know of/ have experience with home bakeries in Missouri? I am doing research about whether this is even possible and having some trouble finding information. Any information people could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I live in MO....and you cannot use your home kitchen for making cakes and be legal. You have to have a separate kitchen. I built my shop/kitchen from a one car garage....and I have health inspections by the county health dept. If you would like some of the info I researched when I did mine...I can send you what I have.
