I JUST started cake decorating (like, I've only made one cake ever) but I'd like to make a cake for my SO for our anniversary which is October 15th.

I have NO IDEA what to make though. Any suggestions?

In answer to your question first you need to determine how many ppl you need to feed since it's your SO then you know that. Do you want a tiered cake or sheet cake? An easy design is a logo made froom edible paper, if you don't have a machine at home then most grocery stores or cake stores can make one for you.
