Any votes for this one? I haven't tried it, yet. If anyone has please let me know what you think of it.

I have a scratch recipe I use most of the time, although it is rich and
d-lish, but it does rise well, so I want to try something new.

Hi, I have been searching for a good mix carrot cake recipe. I have read a couple of post saying this one, the cake doctors, is really good, but I don't have the recipe.
Have you tried it yet?

If it is the one I used last week, I didn't get to taste it but my customers did and one lady I saw said it was the best cake she has ever had. She said she would be calling me to make it for her. I will tell you I did change it alittle only because of time and didn't have time to run to store so used what I had. I had to have a big cake so I used one carrot cake mix and one yellow cake mix. Only used 1/2 of the carrots needed because of one mix already had some. Not sure if this helps much.
