I made too much of my mousse this past weekend and have a cake due this upcoming weekend which needs the WCM..Is it ok to just keep it in the fridge until Friday? will it be ok? I've tried freezing it before and found once defrosted it seemed a bit runny, so i'd rather not freeze it.
All it is is whipping cream and pudding.
wrap air tight and keep in the coolest area of the fridge, you may need to re-whip it some to get it back inot shape but it should hold up.
