If you could choose to have a Debbie Brown class teaching any one cake from her many books, which cake would you choose?

I'm trying to come up with a shortlist of 5 cakes or so to vote on for a 2-day class she'll be teaching here in Austin after our big Cake Show next February.

I love her puppy pile up cake - not sure what book it is from - but she taught a great class at Cake Camp this summer on how to make the puppies with cupcakes.

Cake camp ? Does it really exist ? (sorry a bit of topic)

I would say the Aladin cake or the Caterpillar Cake, oh who cares, I would love to take any class from her. Her cakes are awsome & you are very luck to get to take a class with her...
