I need both a chocolate and vanilla truffle frosting recipe to use for petite fours. Anyone have a good recipe they would like to share?
Truffles are generally made from ganache, a mixture of chocolate and heavy cream.
There are several ganache recipes in the recipe section. Keep in mind that the recipe for chocolate ganache must be adjusted for white chocolate. White chocolate generally requires more chocolate (or less cream) to get the same texture for pouring.
