Like fancy nancy does ? I've seen it on others too.
Do you outline everything in black maybe before the flooding, so a tin line remains after the flooding ?
Or is it something else ?

karen, that's what I did, I drew the outline, let it dry, then flooded in between. I tried to make the line pretty thick, because your flooding goes over it a bit. I have Nancy's absolute easiest's one on my pregnancy bouquet, my first attempt, if you want to see how it turned out. I'm trying some on my own designs this week. Of course, I don't expect to ever get mine to look as great and flawless as fancy nancy or others here on CC.
