Hi, I have never made cakes ahead of time, never really had a reason to. I have to make a big cake for Saturday, but have a party on Friday night, so I'd like to have all the cakes baked and ready to go for me on Saturday. I don't have a big freezer to store the cakes, so I'd have to just keep them in the fridge. How far ahead can I do them, and how do I wrap them if they'll just be in the fridge?
