Is there a recipe for chocolate flavored NFSC? I tried several "search" and can't find one. If I just add cocoa to the dry ingredients, how much and do I have to reduce something else (flour, baking powder). TIA

Although it's not called CNFSC -- it pretty much is. You replace some of the flour with cocoa powder and add espresso powder which just elevates the chocolate flavor. The dutch cocoa is better IMHO -- I like Droste, but others have had success with Hershey's dark. The recipe is from a book called Cookie Craft.

You can also add mini-chocolate chips to the chocolate dough for a very yummy cookie!
