Hi all, I usually place my RI decorations onto the cupcake or cake right before the event, this is the first time in my very short history of decorating cakes that I will have to deliver early and let the cupcakes sit for probably 24-30 hours before serving. If the RI butterfly decorations are well dried before being placed on the cupcakes, it should be fine, right? What about temp conditions etc.? Or am I better off doing a fondant/gumpast butterfly?

Thanks! icon_smile.gif

My experience has been they will be just fine.
Are they colorflow? Maybe your could attach a toothpick to the cake of them and have them stand up so they won't touch the icing.

I was going to do them with RI, but maybe colourflow is a safer option? The toothpick idea is a good one though. Wonder how I would attach?... Thanks!
