If I made the Wilton Class buttercream this morning, how long can I keep it and use it? Is it good for 3 weeks?

Keep it in a tupperware cont. in the fridge and it keeps for weeks! If you make a lot, you can use it the entire 4 classes. I am a Wilton instructor and that's what I tell my students so they don't have to be making it every week.

My Wilton teacher said it's good for about 2 weeks if kept in the fridge covered properly.
