RI - what is this?

Tobas glaze - what is this?

I saw this on a turkey cookie upload. I like to make cookies and a newbie and don't recognize these terms.

Mac's mom you crack me up. Thank ten million for that education on acronyms. I had a lot of them figured out but my goodness some of them had me stumped. I'm so tired tonight every word I have typed looks like it is mis-spelled. Even mis-spelled. I better call it a done day. blessings to each one of you. Debra
