I can easily buy Wilton Chocolate Melts at Michaels. However...i don't trust anything edible by wilton. It's all "yucky". So I have heard about Merckens. Do you need to add flavor to this brand? Does it taste good enough without adding a flavor?

Merkens has an excellent product, but then taste is very subjective.

If you add flavor to chocolate, it must be oil based
