Do you find that it is better to torte / level your cakes before you wrap and put in the fridge or right before you are ready to decorate?

You will probably get tons of different answers, but I freeze my cakes after I bake them. I torte and level after I take them out of the freezer, they stand up to a little more when they are a little more firm. I always tend to seriously mangle the cake if I try to do any cutting before it's frozen!

I prefere to level before fzing.
Torting is done when ready to fill & ice.

I torte and level (with my Agbay) whenthe cakes have cooled. Then wrap and freeze.
