i'm getting ready to make marshmallow fondant and i'm a little worried about the ingridients, because it only call for marshmallow, water and confectioner sugar is there anything else and i'm missing it?

Nope, that's all it takes for the MMF... although you're gonna want some crisco on your hands when you kneed it! icon_wink.gif

I would add a little bit of vanilla extract for flavor - otherwise I think mmf is pretty bland.

I add 2 tsp. corn syrup to make it smoother. Also, start with only 4 1/2 - 5 cups of powdered sugar and gradually add more until the fondant doesn't spread when you let it sit for a few moments.
