I'm looking for recommendations for mousse recipes. Chocolate is my favorite; vanilla, strawberry, raspberry are great, too.

The technique is all the same. A mousse is a mousse is a mousse. Flavorings can interchange, it's the technique that's important. If you can make a choc you can make a strawberry, rasp, and so on.
how about a peanut butter mousse. I made one from this website, and it was very good with chocolate cake.
