Hello everyone,
just got an order of chocolate cupcakes with fondant figurenes on them (animals) and don't know what to charge . I have never done cupcakes before. It will be filled with chocolate mousse and the top part covered with fondant( like a rug) on top of each one will be different animals.
Thank you all in advance

A lot. The fondant figurines are what you're charging for. Make one now, figure out how long and how much effort it takes to make them. Charge according to that. Remember, smaller work actually means more money because it's more details.

I charge $2 for each cupcake--just with a swirl on top. IF they want fondant on top, I charge $.25 extra, and if I am modeling figuresm that would be $1 extra.
