Ballet Slippers....need Help?

hey all...making a ballerina cake and i want to make a tutu, but i also want to incorporate some ballet slippers in there somewhere. anyone have any idea how to make a pair? maybe out of gumpaste with a template (if there is one) or maybe choc or something. i am open to any suggestions. thanks...

It shouldm\'t be too hard to make small ones out of fondant.
I would start w/a sausage maybe about 1 1/2" long then hollow out the center.

I agree with kakeladi. I just did some for a cake last weekend, and they took all of 2 seconds. I added ribbons, too, which made them cuter than just nekkid shoes. icon_smile.gif
