Has anyone subbed out the butter in either NFSC or the rolled chocolate sugar cookies? I need a dairy-free recipe and am wondering how that would taste.
Many folks have used margarine in the NFSC recipe and been happy with the results.
Thanks. I was sure someone would have tried it. I usually avoid margarine, 'cause the butter tastes so good! But need to try it in this instance......will see how it goes.
