Hi all!!! I'm making a few hundred fondant covered round minis that I need to transport to an upcoming wedding.. Any tips or tricks on what to use to carry them in without damaging thier finish or having them fall over? I use the "ghetto fabulous" cup cake carrier with great results but I'm afraid that the cups will leave marks on the sides of the minis... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks bunches!!
I would just stick them each on their own little cake boards with a good smear of buttercream to keep them on their boards and then I'd put some non slip shelf liner on the bottom of a big sheet cake box and then put them in there (the shelf liner really keeps stuff in place), I hope you're patient doing that many mini's!!!!
