I am about to order one of these in the Chocolate flavor.
Do ya'll have a preference. Does one taste better, easier to work with or you just like better?????
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
For taste I like chocopan. I think they are both fairly easy to work with. My favorite fondant is the massa grischuna americana from Albert Uster imports, though. Very forgiving stuff and tastes terriffic.
I think i will go with the chocopan
