Do you all have any suggestions on what I can use to fill cupcakes? I am lost on what to do, and offer. Any tips? : )

I looove my Bismarck tip to fill my cuppies!! And Melvira's cupcake filling is delicious too, you can find it in the recipe section. Just search "cupcake filling" However, most of the ladies on our cupcake thread swear by the bettercream, I just cant find it in my area.

DaisyLisa17-there was a thread and a member posted her bettercream recipe on here. I cant find it though. I have googled it and many recipes pop up. All of them are pretty much the same. I havent tried any of them, but I'm sure it's worth a shot.
