I'm not sure if this is the right place for this...this 2-part pan comes with a chocolate pound cake recipe.....if I want to do some other kind...do I have to change/adapt ingredients...I bake from scratch...don't use mixes ....or is it the times and temperatures that change...help!
Thanks!

I think you can order it off the Wilton site to ? I got mine at a local cake supply store. My Michaels did carry it on and off though.

Yes, I have used the giant cupcake pan..........I just used a cake mix and baked at 325 degrees.........just make sure you use Use 3 cups batter in the largest section and 2 1/2 in the smaller section, and you should get the perfect cake!
(I found that using a cake mix, I felt like it needed a little more batter; didn't seem to be quite enough.)

Hope that helps!
Susan
