This could have been a cake disaster. I had a 10" cake stacked on top of a 14" cake using SPS. I was trying to place the cake in a storage tote to proctect it overnight. When I set it down in the tote it hung on the lip inside it because the base was too big. As I was pulling it out of the tote my hands got off center and the cake tilted away from me about 45 degrees. I thought I was going to have to yell for help but I was able to put the cake out.
Upon examining the cake ther only issue I found was on the upper cakes edge where it scuffed the side of the tote.
Whew Relief.
