Hey everyone! I am going to take Wilton Course 3 in October, and I have a few questions:
Do you have to bring a cake every week?
Out of all the Courses how hard is this one?
What do you do in the first class?
What is the hardest thing to learn in the course?
What is the easiest?
Any Tips?

Only to Lesson 2 and 4

I think this is a hard question to answer because what is hard to one isn't always hard to others. This course uses a vairty of icings and teaches several different things

What do you do in the first class?
Buttercream: Cornelli Lace, Sotas, Bead border brush embrodery, garland, ruffle border and string work.
Fodant: Rose Base (I go ahead and teach the whole rose most times)

What is the hardest thing to learn in the course?
What is the easiest?
This is hard to answer. The fondant rose can be hard for some, easy for others. The royal icing flowers cna be hard for some easy for others. So can the string work and all the other stuff.

Any Tips?
Relax and have fun!
