Hi. Someone ordered a carrot cake for tomorrow morning. I called Duncan Heinz about their new carrot cake, and they do not sell it in my city. Instead they gave me a recipe, which was delicious, but pretty crumbly. Does anyone have a more solid recipe for carrot cake that doesn't call for nuts. Thanks

Just leave the nuts out of just about any carrot cake recipe, Should work fine. After all it isn't the nuts that hold the cake together.
