I made cupcakes yesterday for my mother-in-law's garage sale today. Her friend bought all of the cupcakes and is keeping them until next Thursday for her grandson's birthday party. I've never frozen or thawed out iced cupcakes so I'm not sure what to do. Part of me thinks I should get ahold of her to make her a fresh batch (but then do I not charge her?). I'm not sure what to do in a situation like this. She took some of my cards, I don't want the colors to run (tye die buttercream) while thawing and then look like crap and people think it's me, but I also want her to have nice cupcakes for her grandson.

I'm just not real sure what to do in a situation like this.

Anyone?

Thank you all so much!!!!

All you can do is let her know that if she freezes the cc she may have bleeding of the colors, if she wants fresh cc she should pay for them unless you decide to gift them to her.
