I saw an advertisement on the internet for Gina Martelli's Bakery Guidebook. All about opening and operating a bakery. Has anyone used this and, if so, did you learn a lot from it and was it worth it? There are lots of resources at the public library, but if this is better and has more information then I'll get it.
