I also bake from home. I bought a new oven a year ago last May. It is a Maytag Gemini - a double oven range. The bottom oven is a dual convection/regular oven and the top oven is a regular oven only. The top has 3 normal elements and one element that is normal/warming and another element that is a warming element only.

The bottom oven has bake/convection and roast/convection. Self Cleaning.

I paid $1800 from it at Lowe's which was $100 less than Sears.

I can bake a round 6, 8, 10, and 12" round cakes (both 2" layers!) in this oven at one time.

I can't say enough good things about it!
