Filling And Petit Fours?

what kind of filling do you use for your petit fours? i would like to do 3-4 different combinations.. so lets say.. for lemon, chocolate and some other cakes. Please make sure to include instructions for how to make these to, since I am still pretty new to this and I have never done petit fours before. Thanks.

Traditionally petit fours are 4 thin layers of cake with a fruit filling. But you can use BC or Ganache.
