I just finished watching her video and her buttercream recipe says 1 cup hi ratio shortening to 5 lbs of sugar, that's a lot of sugar and seems like not enough shortening?

Is this right or did I read wrong? I'm trying to use her thick icing to use for a dam

Here is a link to her recipe here on CC. It says 5 cups of shortening to 5 cups of sugar.
