I think this is so cool, I love seeing people taking something they love and doing something innovative with it. Such a great idea, I hope they are very successful for a long time! I would LOVE to do something like this! Owning a cake shop where I live just isn't do-able. Funny thing...there's a gentleman down the street selling an old ice cream truck.

cous2010 - if you could get the rental/legal space to do the baking, and the liscense to sell it, Houston would be a great market for something like that.
