This question might have been asked already...but I don't have time to read the whole thread...

On step 7, how do I turn the transfer over to smooth out the back? I think I am missing something. icon_smile.gif

oops, not sure how I ended up starting a whole new thread...I am talking about the how to article about how to make a frozen buttercream transfer. icon_smile.gif

You don't. When you create a FBCT the BOTTOM (side touching the parchment/wax paper) will wind up being the front (good side) of the transfer. The BACK that you need to smooth is the top when you are making it. You then freeze it and flip it over onto the cake.
