Just wondered if anyone has a good recipe for choc fondant or choc rolled buttercream. I found several recipes for rolled buttercream but not for choc rolled buttercream. I am making towmater and no one has choco pan in this one horse town.
I made one of the rolled buttercream recipes from the cc recipe file. How do I know if there is enough powdered sugar in it? I lost count since I didn;t pre measure it. How many cups of sugar are there in a 2 lb bag of pwd sugar? I added 1 cup of cocoa to the recipe to make it chocolate. Help anyone!!!!
