Does Anyone Know How To Delete/clear Cookies In Computer??

I am having a hard time accessing my personal website for a new consulting job I am doing and the CS rep said to try and clear my cookies...I am not sure how to do that.
Can anyone help me out as to where to go in my computer etc..If I have a bit of a step by step I can do it!!

If you are using Internet Explorer go to Tools / Delete Browsing History / Cookies
