I am wondering if someone can tell me the yield for the MMF in the recipes section. Do you think that any of them would be enough for an 11" X 15" sheet cake?

I use the really easy MMF recipe with marshmallows and water (can't remember the name of the recipe) - but I weighed it after I finished and it weighed 3 lbs. I would think you would need at least a double recipe to cover a cake that big. Not totally positive though.
