I've decided to do an awesome polka dot cake for my girl's 11th birthday party and fondant is used to make the dots...there's so many fondant recipes here. Basically I've never made fondant before and I would like to know which of all the recipes are easy to make and deal with...if there's such a thing? Thanks for any help!....oh yeah, and how do you make the icing look so smooth?
I know...I'm a real decorative virgin...
