You can check with Pegler, but I don't know if they sell retail. They stock all kinds of products for food industries. If you're looking for a great icing, try Dixie's. She's here in Omaha, it's won state awards for best product, and I don't use anything but her icing. I particularly like her original almond-vanilla and her chocolate icings.

Omaha Bakers Supply may be a possibility. You might check w/Judy or Linda at Mangelsens. They are always a good source. Sam's Club sells it already mixed in the bakery.
