I was wondering how long Toba's icing will last? I have it in a white Wilton icing bowl with seran wrap and the lid.

Thanks
Sheri

Which icing? Toba has numerous recipes that require different storage methods.

Oh sorry, it's the one with icing sugar and corn syrup, milk and water. it's used for cookies.

According to her book, it will last up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Put icing in a brand-new plastic container (oil will permanently attach, or bond, to plastic molecules and will ruin your icing). Put plastic wrap directly over the icing and seal it with a tight-fitting lid. When ready to re-use, bring to room temp and stir the icing until it has a nice flow consistency.
