Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find recipies to cakes that are found in Asian Bakeries? Asian cakes tend to be less sweet and quite a bit more fluffier and lighter..anyone know where I can get those recipies? Thanks.

The Asian bakeries that I've been to usually have some chiffon cakes available (i.e. orange, guava, etc.). They also make a lot of sponge roll cakes and add fresh fruit with whipped cream in the middle. Sorry, I don't have any good chiffon cake or sponge roll recipes at the moment.
